Attack helicopters Ka-52 VKS As part of the military operation in Ukraine, Russia launched missile attacks on armored vehicles and camouflaged positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The video was published in the Telegram channel of the defense department.

“In the course of carrying out a combat mission, army aviation pilots acted in pairs and delivered missile strikes at discovered armored vehicles and camouflaged positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The crews destroyed a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle and a fortified stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,— said in a message under the video.

Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24. The Kremlin called its goals “denazification”; and “demilitarization” Ukraine. In response, the Ukrainian authorities imposed martial law in the country and announced mobilization.

According to the Ministry of Defense, as of April 22, since the beginning of the military operation, Russian troops have disabled 140 aircraft, 107 helicopters, 523 unmanned aerial vehicles, 258 anti-aircraft missile systems, 2458 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 272 multiple rocket launchers, 1069 field artillery pieces and mortars, as well as 2305 units of special military vehicles.
